Return Policy
All sales are final on opened products. A full refund will be given on merchandise returned in "Like-New" condition within 15 days with a store receipt. A store credit will be given on merchandise returned in "Like-New" condition within 30 days.
Product Delivery Policy
We send out all product orders via FEDEX. If you are located within the state of Louisiana you will receive your products in 3-5 business days. If you are outside the state of Louisiana expect to receive you product order in 7-10 business days.
Gift Certificate Delivery Policy
We mail gift certificates purchased on our website everyday by standard mail. You can expect to receive your certificate within 2-3 business days if you are a local resident and 3-5 business days if you are outside of the Lafayette area. Once we have received your request and payment for your certificate, you will be notified by via email that it has been processed. All gift certificate purchases are purchased through a secure website. Gift certificates do not have expiration date on them.
